Paloma Mezcal
Ingredients 50 ml Don Marco Mezcal 100 ml Grapefruit juice 10 ml Lime juice Tonic water Garnish: volcanic salt, cucumber and lime Method Frost a highball glass with volcanic salt and add ice. Pour the mezcal, grapefruit and orange juice. Stir and add tonic water on top. Garnish with cucumber and a slice of lime. |
Orange margarita Mezcal
Ingredients 50 ml Don Marco Mezcal 60 ml orange juice 30 ml lime juice Optional sweetener of preference Tonic water Garnish: volcanic salt, orange peel Method Frost a glass with volcanic salt and add ice. Pour the mezcal, orange juice, lime juice and sweetener in case of use. Stir and add tonic water. Garnish with orange peel. |
