Oaxaca México, Don Marco Mezcal is crafted by our “maestro mezcalero” Pedro Santiago Martinez in accordance to the artisanal process required by the "Consejo Regulador de Mezcal" for creating the spirit. We adhere to their codes & highest standards. We also ensure that our products are sustainably sourced and produced.

According to history the Filipinos during Spanish colonial period brought in this kind of stills to Mexico,

Ageing of Mezcal is done in American white oak barrels for 14 months if it is "Reposado" and 3 years if it is "Añejo"
